Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from the best of what Bristol has to offer, beautifully decorated with a great mix of traditional and sophisticated touches. Every need is catered for with free WIFI, orthopedic mattresses, and a flatscreen smart TV where I can access my Netflix. The shared bathroom and sink are always good to have, and being within easy walking distance of the city center is a definite plus.

The sink design was brilliant and added a touch of convenience. The location is close enough to the city center and popular tourist spots, making it extremely comfortable and relaxing. However, the area can be a bit dark at night, and it's a little out of the way. The dining experience was good for a continental breakfast but could improve with more variety. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The hotel provides a generous dining space and is located near trendy spots like Wapping Wharf for a super stylish experience.
